How we work on new construction projects :

Retro-fitting a new central vacuum into an existing home:

Step 1: Give Colin a call (351) 495-7490

After gathering some basic information, Colin provides you with a quote and some recommendations/options for your home.This will include the ideal Power Unit for the size of your home, accessory packages, VacPan options, retractable hoses, etc.

STEP 2: Set a date for installation

Ideally this will be at the same time as the electric wiring and HVAC system is being installed. Rough-In is simply when we install the vacuum tubing portion of the system. This is often called a “Pre-pipe.”

STEP 3: SET A DATE FOR CENTRAL VAC POWER UNIT INSTALL AND  DEMONSTRATION

Ideally this will be after flooring and cabinetry have all been installed. Once the system is installed, our friendly technician will provide a full demonstration of how your new system works. This will include the maintenance and care of the Power Unit, how to use and maintain the accessories, and a full explanation of your warranty

Complete installation and set up can usually be done in one day, although a home’s size, layout, and valve requirements may increase this time. Once the system is installed, our friendly technician will provide a full demonstration of how your new system works. This will include the maintenance and care of the Power Unit, how to use and maintain the accessories, and a full explanation of your warranty.
